I'd just like to take a paragraph of this journal entry to put things into perspective ...
I've been recording such acts for about a year and a half now, but think of it this way. It's taken me quite a long period of time to do 400 good deeds, but if everyone in my home town (which has a population of roughly 80000), did one good deed each, every day, together we would accumulate 200 times 400 acts of kindness a day - every single day.

393 I help my mum to decide whether she likes a set of curtains or not by holding them up for her.
394 I help Becki with her Spanish homework by translating random words for her. Reward She used to help me with my French homework.

396 I gave away a football as a gift to a kid who really wanted it.
397 I listened to Lauras girly gossip when her girl-friends were being harsh about it.
398 I lent Jess my question sheet so she could do the summer homework for Physics.
399 I helped Hannah organise a trip down to Durham by answering some queries she had.
400 I developed Julians knowledge concerning the video game, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
